The young and creative François Moiny offers Bournel a simple and tasty local cuisine. Discover dishes made from fresh produce from the Château’s vegetable garden and from the Franche-Comté region.

Among his creations, you will find local ingredients such as mushrooms, nettles and wild asparagus. The menu is therefore a true standard bearer of the land and forests of Bournel.
