The Woodward, an exceptional hotel expected in Geneva

A premium hotel establishment

Oetker Collection announces the opening next spring of an exceptional new hotel, “The Woodward“, which will complete its collection. Located on the Quai Wilson not far from the shores of Lake Geneva, this luxury hotel is housed in an old building originally built by French architect François Durel in 1901 in a post-Hassmann style, and now completely renovated by the famous Parisian Pierre-Yves Rochon. The great particularity of the Woodward is that it will only be composed of suites, a great first in Geneva. It will offer a total of 26 suites designed with elegance and refinement in shades of ivory and a Parisian apartment spirit with library, marble fireplace and direct view of the lake and Mont Blanc. Each suite will reflect a distinct character and a unique decoration to the delight of future guests.

An experience that awakens all the senses

Le Woodward will offer an exciting and original culinary offering through its two gourmet restaurants. Joël Robuchon’s Atelier will highlight the legendary chef’s concept by creating a theatrical culinary experience for some thirty people. And Le Jardinier, Europe’s first address for Verzeroli’s starred chef Alain, renowned for his innovative, mostly vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes. The dessert menu will be signed by Salvatore Martone, pastry chef of the Bastion Group. Next door, the hotel will also offer a tea room, two bars and a private cigar lounge located in the former bank vault of the building.

A moment of escape

Relaxation and beauty will take pride of place at the Woodward with a 1200 m2 spa that will include an indoor pool, a gym, two saunas, two steam rooms, two Swedish baths, a Jacuzzi and a wellness institute signed by the Maison Guerlain. Guests will be able to enjoy exclusive high-end treatments for a guaranteed relaxing break.
For your next vacation or business stay in Geneva as from April, the Woodward will be the address to discover. Its historic façade, its view of the mountains and Lake Geneva, but also its classic and contemporary interiors will surely seduce you!
