New at the Four Seasons
A new chapter is being written in the gastronomic history of the Four Seasons in Megève. After Paris, London and Singapore, Anne-Sophie Pic, eight stars in the Michelin guide, arrives at the helm of the 1920 restaurant for a new culinary experience. The result of the meeting between Ariane de Rothschild and Anne-Sophie Pic, both sensitive to the authenticity and striking landscape of this mountain village, the collaboration came about naturally.
The 1920 restaurant also welcomes a new executive pastry chef, Jonathan Chapuy, for the 2020-2021 winter season. A student of Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris and Maison Troisgros, but also sous chef at the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris, Jonathan Chapuy now reigns over the world of gourmet cuisine at Mont d’Arbois.
