The spirit
Hedonistic and aesthetic above all. Here, beauty infuses every dimension of the place, transforming every experience to give it irreplaceable added value. Thanks to Constance Breton, artistic director and curator, contemporary art can be found in the rooms and gardens, artists are welcomed in residence (this summer, the hotel is inviting Galerie Sultana), an Actes Sud bookshop is set up in the lobby, while playlists by artist-DJ Samuel Boutruche accompany the different moments of the day.
The setting
Endless wilderness, gardens scented with the scent of the South, sublimated by the talent of Marie de Varenne of Fleurs d’Arles. In the middle, the village-like Hameau des Baux, with its small square under plane trees, a singing fountain, a traditional farmhouse and stone mazets scattered here and there. 21 rooms and suites with XXL spaces, private terraces, whitewashed walls, exposed wooden beams, vintage furniture, designer pieces and natural materials.

The pleasures of an epicurean destination
Enjoy them in the 2 restaurants orchestrated by chef Julie Chaix (ex-Maison Pic & Alain Ducasse), who returns to her homeland. “Good-humored bistronomy” with the best of local produce at l’Allegria! Mediterranean cuisine and a festive atmosphere at La Petite Guinguette, preceded by a sunny cocktail at the Bar, featuring products from all the local distillers.
Guillaume Multrier & Aurélie Blanquart, two hotel experts
A multi-entrepreneur, Guillaume Multrier founded Webedia, France’s leading digital media company, before turning to the hotel industry in 2016, first creating Hôtels (Très) Particuliers and then teaming up with Aurélie Blanquart in 2020 to launch Beyond Places, a creator & operator of new hotel formats, serving owners and investors.
Aurélie Blanquart began her career at the Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris, before joining the Temmos mountain hotel group, then La Folie Douce Hôtels in Chamonix, before co-founding Beyond Places.
Now, in partnership with Atream, the investment company financing the collection, the duo are putting all their experience into a new concept, Les Hôtels Les Petites Maisons, the embodiment of a different kind of contemporary hotel luxury.
The 1st “Hôtels Les Petites Maisons” address
Le Hameau des Baux inaugurates a new hotel concept created by Guillaume Multrier: Les Petites Maisons Hotels. Authentic places to live, designed around three fundamental dimensions to enrich the heart and soul: art and beauty; the pleasures of the table and the joy of sharing unique moments; well-being and the luxury of pampering oneself.
